Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the main trends of the real estate market in Ukraine. It is noted that the real estate market is one of the key components of the economic development of countries. It is highlighted that the development of the real estate market in Ukraine attracts special attention in 2023 due to the war in Ukraine. The concept of the real estate market in Ukraine is analyzed and it is noted that with the development of the real estate market, new types of professional entrepreneurial activity are formed. It has been proven that the military actions on the territory of Ukraine and the COVID-19 pandemic have made serious adjustments to the real estate market, its stability depends on many factors, such as location, type of real estate, supply and demand, etc. An important problem is highlighted, which consists in the immediate functioning of the legislation that was adopted in the direction of urban planning reform, because this is one of the biggest factors that today restrains activity in this field in a normal mode.
