Abstract
The article examines the current state of administrative activity in the military units of Ukraine. The main trends and challenges affecting this activity are analyzed. Based on the conducted research, recommendations were developed for improving administrative efficiency in the military units of Ukraine in the conditions of modern challenges. The article provides an important contribution to the understanding of how military units can effectively adapt to modern conditions, while ensuring a high level of readiness and responsiveness. The task of personnel management in military organizational structures is revealed. Some elements of administrative activity in military units are described, such as security in direction of implementation , which includes a set of measures aimed at protecting military units and personnel from external and internal threats; efficiency according to certain criteria, the observance of which will ensure the achievement of set goals on time, transparency to reduce the level of corruption through transparent disclosure of information, which will enable the public to monitor the activities of military units and prevent various violations and abuses. It was noted that automation is an important factor affecting administrative activities in the military units of Ukraine. The use of automated systems will make it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of administrative activities, document flow, ensuring rapid information exchange, automation of routine tasks and decision-making based on data. Automated systems can help military units improve the efficiency of tasks such as inventory management, logistics and personnel management. This can help military units save time and resources, and improve the accuracy and reliability of their operations. The conclusions and recommendations presented in the article are intended to contribute to the development of strategies to improve administrative efficiency in military units.
