Abstract

Purpose: to definition of influence training of rhythmic gymnastics level of physical fitness of students with various techniques carrying out. The materials and methods: teacher testing using the state tests and standards for assessments of physical readiness of the population of Ukraine. Results: comparing baseline level of physical preparedness of students estimated regulatory state tests showed that the girls in terms of significant differences were found. After the experiment, analysis of the results has revealed positive changes in indicators of physical preparedness in all studied groups. Conclusions: as a result of the experiment found that the most effective method of training rhythmic gymnastics is the method of which is predominantly aimed at the development of power abilities.

Аналіз стану фізичної підготовленості студенток при заняттях ритмічною гімнастикою Анотація: Мета: визначення впливу занять ритмічною гімнастикою на рівень фізичної підготовленості студенток із застосуванням різних методик проведення. Результати: порівняння вихідних показників рівня фізичної підготовленості студенток з нормативними оцінками державних тестів показало, що в дівчат за показниками достовірних відмінностей не спостерігається.
