Abstract
Clause is devoted to research of a legal regulation of the organization and activity of the self-adjustable organizations on sense of constitutional freedom of economic activities. In opinion of the author, the institute of the self-adjustable organizations favourably differs from the state intervention in market economy as it allows the most enterprise community to supervise this sphere in the form of standardization of corporate behaviour, establishments of special and not state rules and procedures.
