Abstract
The article defines the increasing role of the agro-industrial complex and notes its importance in the economy of the Krasnodar Territory. The analysis of the structure of production of the main types of agricultural products and the gross harvest of crops for various categories of farms in the Krasnodar Territory is carried out. There has been a significant increase in the share of peasant (farm) farms in the entire volume of production of the main types of agricultural products. It was revealed that farms are engaged in the cultivation of all types of agricultural crops and show positive dynamics by 2022. It is indicated that the presence of enterprises of various organizational and legal forms makes it possible to develop the agro-industrial complex of the region and to a greater extent reveals its potential. It is concluded that there are a number of favorable factors for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar Territory, which will contribute to an increase in agricultural production, expansion of acreage used for agricultural crops, and an increase in their yield.
