Abstract
The subject of the research in the work is labor convergence, which is a process of synchronizing training with the requirements of increasing the competence level of employees of organizations in the context of accelerating innovative development. For the intensification of labor activity with the activation of innovations, simply increasing the traditional ways of stimulating labor is not enough. A revision of the human resource management strategy is required based on the development of a systematic understanding of those factors that have the greatest impact on patterns of labor behavior in modern conditions. Labor convergence is designed to ensure the synchronization of scientific, innovative activities and training so that productive forces, actively improving under the influence of innovative processes, receive a developed workforce. The study of labor convergence is focused on finding ways to improve the labor process, labor force, tools and objects of labor, their complementarity and coordinated development with the observed innovative transformations. The necessity of applying a systematic approach to determining the essence of labor convergence and its role in overcoming the crisis of labor relations, the spread of which is observed with the change of technological structure, is argued. The systemic nature of the problem requires taking into account in its resolution the factors that determine the acceleration of economic development in the context of innovative transformations, as well as the role of the institutional environment that ensures the stability of socio-economic relations. As a result of the research, a system model has been built that allows us to identify the points of application of managerial efforts to accelerate overcoming the crisis of labor relations in modern conditions. The directions of decision-making in the field of expanding the learning potential and its synchronization with innovative processes are determined. The role of social partnership as a tool to ensure the synergetic effect of the systematic implementation of training, retraining and stimulation of the development of the workforce, its readiness for socio-economic and technological transformations is substantiated.
