Abstract

The purpose of this article is to comprehend the social partnership in education as an innovative phenomenon of public life. Is an attempt to analyze the modern vision of teaching the principles of cooperation and partnership in education. Current trends are characterized by the content upgrade and modernization of the forms of social activity, the organization of production and management, which finds its expression in the organizational forms of social partnership. The article discusses the role of social partnership in the social and educational sphere, contradictions and problems of social interaction, communication, social mediation with an active process of professional self-determination. The increasing role and importance of the human factor and management initiative of subjects of the labor market data are updated by the process of scientific understanding and pedagogical justification of the principles of social partnership in education. Modern trends are characterized by the content upgrade and modernization of the forms of social activities, organization of production and management, which finds its expression in the organizational forms of social partnership. The article discusses the role of social partnership in the social and educational sphere. Analyzes the approaches to understanding the essence of partnership in education and highlights its types, defines the basic principles of interaction in the modern social conditions. Substantiated preconditions for formation of a new type of relations between industry and education, the identification of new forms of technology and management, partnerships, social mediation with the fundamental change in the nature of relations between the subjects of social partnership.
