Abstract

This article analyzes a new, promising type of motor activity – phygital sports. Phygital sports are becoming more and more popular among students, as they do not require special skills or equipment and can be performed anywhere and at any time. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of phygital sports on the physical and mental state of students. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to study the basic principles and types of phygital sports, to analyze the impact of phygital sports on the physical activity of students, to assess the impact of phygital sports on the mental state of students. It is concluded that phygital sports can be an effective means of increasing the level of physical activity and improving the mental state of students.
