Abstract

In this article, the author examines the rule on exclusive jurisdiction in disputes involving Russian persons, subject to restrictive measures. The author describes the necessary conditions for the application of this regulation and the discussion issues arising in this regard. The possibility of changing the forum is analysed in relation to the legislation on special economic measures. The implementation of such additional remedies by states in their legal systems is presented as a worldwide practice.
