Abstract

The article presents a detailed study of individual samples of MODENGY solid antifriction coatings. The selected solid antifriction coatings are described, the roughness of the applied coatings is analyzed, and measurements of the thickness of the antifriction layer on the surface of steel samples are given. The methodology for determining the quantitative assessment of the adhe-sion strength of a solid antifriction coating based on GOST 32299-2013 was analyzed and a set of experiments using a bursting machine with a built-in electronic force meter IR 5047-50 was con-ducted. As a result, a quantitative assessment of the adhesion strength of solid antifriction coatings with a steel base was obtained. Conclusions are drawn about the adhesion strength of solid antifriction coatings. Recommendations on their use for automotive equipment are given.
