Abstract

The purpose of this study was to figure out the problems and improvement measures of the educational practice system in which pre-service adapted Physical Education educators participate in secondary school. For this, The 11 final participants were selected from purposeful sampling method. The collection of data was carried out by using in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed by using an inclusive analytic procedures. The final results were as follows. The problems of the education practice system were the uniformity of the educational practice schedule and school allocation, the gap between the university education and the field, the lack of opportunities to acquire physical education subject expertise, the teacher in charge-the trainees-the lack of communication between the students, lack of support for trainees in the university, and relative inequality with trainees at other schools were derived. Among the ways to improve these problems were to improve efficiency through changes in the period of education practice, to conduct thorough pre-education for education practice, to establish institutional devices to acquire expertise in physical education subjects, to control the number of students per tutor, and to establish a unified education practice system for each education office.
