Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze insight into future education policies and operational characteristics through an in-depth analysis of future education policies being implemented at municipal and provincial offices of education. To achieve this, among the materials related to future education provided from the Jeollabukdo Office of Education, a total of 52 documents, including 29 press releases, 13 future preparation school operation plans, and 10 future education-related trend analysis and current issue reports were analyzed by using the keyword network analysis method. Thus, first, the top keywords in the future education policy of the Jeollabukdo Office of Education were ‘students’, ‘teachers’, and ‘curriculum’. Secondly, in order to analyze the centrality index and network map, topics such as ‘future education’, ‘curriculum’, and ‘edutech’ are extracted in the press releases. The ‘class’ and ‘curriculum’ were used in the Jeonbuk future preparatory school operation plans. Topics such as ‘curriculum’ and ‘learning’ appeared as central keywords presented at the center of the network in the materials loaded on the Jeollabukdo Future Education Research Institute. Based on these results, operational implications for the future education policy of the Jeollabukdo Office of Education are proposed.
