Abstract

Abstract This study was done to identify the new ways improving mental health of college students through search the influence on their mental health by their perfectionism, self esteem, perceived stress and its coping efforts. Participants consisted of 206 male and female college students who are attending in 3 universities in K province. Data was analyzed by frequencies, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression. Mental health were significant correlation with perceived stress, coping efforts on their tasks and emotional stress, perfectionism obtained from society, and self esteem. In order to improving mental health of college student, it is crucial to intensify sociality and develop multidisciplinary educational program on the basis of the results of this study.
