Abstract

The article analyzes the current problems of educational policy in general and outlines strategies for training future professionals and trends in finding ways to improve the efficiency of the educational process. The process of modeling is outlined as an effective means of mastering the new, which allows to predict the least predictable, least developed socio- psychological side of education and which is aimed at providing quality professional training of masters. It is emphasized that modeling is the main direction of renewal of vocational education in the modern world, which provides an active position in the educational process, which contributes to the experience of a holistic systemic vision of professional activity, systemic actions in it, solving new problems and tasks. The process of modeling the technology of educational process involves, firstly, building a conceptual model that reflects the real state of technology of educational process, and secondly, the ideal model that reflects the desired state of technology of educational organization. The relationship between conceptual and ideal models is that the implementation of the ideal model in practice leads to the emergence of a new level conceptual model that not only reflects the primary properties of educational technology, but also designs its new properties and manages the development of this technology. It is proved that the modeling and functioning of the technology of educational process is influenced by trends and features of higher education, the Bologna Declaration, the legal framework of education, managers and employees of higher education, as well as the level of management culture, monitoring skills, degree of mastery and modeling operations by subjects of educational process management in the institution of higher pedagogical education. The components of modeling, construction and functioning of the technology of organization of the educational process are determined: target, content-information, personnel, educational society, technological, system of teaching aids, typical and specialized educational premises.
