Abstract
To date, the rapid growth of the world level of sportsmanship in wrestling, its growing dynamism, requires close attention to the improvement of all aspects of training, on which the sports result depends. Despite the significant success of the theory and methodology of freestyle wrestling, currently all possible reserves of wrestler training are far from being exhausted. It was established that the main place in the implementation of the strategy for the development of the training system of highly qualified wrestlers is given to the rapid implementation of new technical and informational solutions in the training system: new sports inventory and equipment, high-tech modernization of competition and training venues, computer, information and multimedia technologies.
