СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН НАДАННЯ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНИХ ПОСЛУГ В УКРАЇНІ ЗА УМОВ ДЕЦЕНТРАЛІЗАЦІЇ

Abstract

The article focuses on the services provided by the centers providing administrative services, as well as the process of decentralization of power and the transfer of powers from public authorities to local governments. For the purpose of timely implementation of reforms, high-quality service for citizens, and quick response to the challenges associated with reforming the system of providing administrative services by the authorities, the work reveals exactly the processes that occur in local governments. The statistical data of the work of the Centers of the provision of administrative services in 2018 presented and substantiated. The assessment and analysis of the centers’ activities in certain regions of Ukraine are carried out; priority areas for further development are identified. The process of the transfer of authority, their implementation, the introduction of new methods of work is covered.
