Abstract
Information support for support of management decisions on the basis of insider expert assessment. Improving the efficiency of management decisions on the organization of business processes of the enterprise in a dynamic environment depends on how quickly and in full the information about the state of the external and internal environment. The concept of assessment of alternatives on the basis of the complex criterion "chances - risks" for collective insider expert assessment is offered for this purpose. The method of its implementation and approbation at the small business enterprise are given. The calculations of Spearman's rank correlation coefficient show that KEOs of ways to bring an enterprise out of a crisis situation with the formation of KEI give almost identical results for the traditional method of processing KEO results and for a progressive scientifically sound method of "chances and risks".
