Abstract

The article presents the factors and attracting reasons for the migration outflow from the Kyrgyz Republic. Three scenarios for the development of the situation are indicated. Analysts of the practical study of the processes of the future of migrants from the Kyrgyz Republic should be recognized as migration specialists of the Eurasian Development Bank. As a result of modeling macroeconomics to find the coefficients of linear dependence, data were obtained on a decrease in the macroeconomic development indices of Kyrgyzstan, which will accordingly affect the increase in the number of labor migrants to other, more economically developed countries. Since GDP per capita in the Russian Federation is higher than that in the Kyrgyz Republic, this has become a decisive reason for the flow of labor migration from the Kyrgyz Republic to Russia. In the process of analyzing the emigration outflow from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation, the same reasons were obtained. Therefore, the main attracting and repulsive reasons for the increase in the migration flow of labor migrants were the indices of economic development of the two countries — the Kyrgyz Republic and Russia.
