Abstract
The article considers the need for the development of legal regulation of the introduction of smart controlling in public sector entities on the «GosTekh» digital platform. Examples of the use of SMART controlling systems and the «GosTekh» platform in the field of public administration are given. The current state of the legislative framework regulating the use of a single digital platform for combining existing state information systems and ensuring their security is described. The features of forcing the electronic automated controlling environment in state corporations are considered. The algorithm for the formation of SMART controlling of public sector entities on the unified digital platform of the Russian Federation «Gostech» is disclosed. Proposals have been formed to improve legislation in this area.
