Abstract

The article presents the results of a comparative study of the physicochemical parameters of fermented compound feed consisting of 40% brewer's grains, 20% wheat bran, 20% sunflower cake, 20% mushroom substrate. Prepared in two ways: the first way – the compound feed composed of native ingredients was fermented, the second – the compound feed composed of pre-fermented ingredients. In the compound feed composed of fermented ingredients, in comparison with the compound feed fermented in full, the mass fraction of moisture, crude fat, soluble carbohydrates, starch and crude fiber was higher; the mass fraction of crude protein and exchange energy was lower.
