Abstract

Chemical reactor temperature conditions to provide liquid-liquid processes in fixed bed are examined. It is shown that equally to the distributiveness model the mathematical description of such type processes may be created with the help of the mean volues, i.e. integral mean temperature and average conversion. Isoprene polymerization process in buik as an example there are considered different chemical reactor temperature conditions: cold carrier fixed value regime, stepwise cold carrier regime, stepwise cold carrier with acceleration regime and at last the cold carrier temperature alteration in reactor cascade – on the first stage using a reactor with mixing rabble, on the second stage using the fixed bed reactor, or some of that.
