Abstract
The article considers the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the innovative development of heat supply organizations, based on the principles of a systematic approach to management, taking into account the main content characteristics and methods of managing the innovative development of heat supply organizations. The formed organizational and economic mechanism is based on three interrelated subsystems that ensure the integrated management of innovative development processes.
