Abstract

The paper provides a survey of the existing approaches to the problem of forming students’ professionally oriented foreign-language communicative competence. The article describes pedagogical conditions of juridical students’ professionally oriented foreign-language communicative competence formation, identifies the structure of this process. Scientific originality of the study involves developing methodology to form juridical students’ professionally oriented foreign-language communicative competence. As a result, it is shown that the suggested pedagogical technology can be efficiently used to form juridical students’ professionally oriented foreign-language communicative competence.
