Abstract

The article discusses the organisational mechanism for managing the individual educational trajectories of university students who unite into a multipotential team in order to write a final qualification work at the request of the employer for the formation of professional competencies and further employment in this organization. In the methodical study of the research tasks, the emphasis was placed on two aspects: coordination of the research work and production practices of students who are members of the team studying in different educational programs; the need to additionally form student’s supporting competencies which will allow them to complete the final qualification work as an interdisciplinary project.
