Abstract

The effectiveness of human resource management is a fundamental factor in improving the efficiency of the organization. Personnel management and the use of human resources is characterized by a purposeful impact on the personnel of the organization, which is an open system. Improving the efficiency of human resource management and personnel adaptation is directly related to the development of abilities and skills for making managerial decisions at different stages of the company’s activities. Analyzing labor resources, it is possible to identify reserves of personnel efficiency due to labor productivity, rational use of work time and the organization of the management system. The article reflects the factors influencing the organizational structure, the main characteristics of the types of competencies, methods of effective use of labor resources, as well as practical application in PJSC “NK Rosneft” and PJSC “Lukoil”.
