Abstract

Under conditions of our country accession as the associate member of the European Union, as well as of attraction of internal and external investments, the land factor can become a lever of social and economic relations revitalization, stability of economy, well-being of the Ukrainian people. Actually, these and other circumstances determine the relevance and timeliness of the issues discussed in this article. The article provides the comparative characteristic of the land resources in Ukraine. The causes of stagnant phenomena in the reform of the agrarian sector of the economy and the technical and economic factors influencing the organizational support for effective use of available means, labor, material, price, financial resources in this social production sphere are identified. The article reveals the political, economic and socio-humanitarian peculiarities of the land market organization as a factor and a resource for ensuring the stability of the functioning of not only processing enterprises, but also the economic and financial stability of the functioning the national economy as a whole and on this basis the achievement of stable society development. The basic measures and their management principles are developed, the criteria are systematized, and the indicators of economic and financial stability of agricultural formations and enterprises are determined. The influence of state policy on the development of reforms in agriculture is determined. The proposals for the improvement of the system of economic methods in management of technical and economic factors at different levels of management are developed.
