Abstract

In this work, a hypothesis is formulated according to which not only on the degree of suc-cess of the digital transformation projects, but also the impact of the latter on the value of the enterprise depend on the degree of readiness of an industrial enterprise. It is shown that the con-dition for the successful implementation of digital transformation is a combination of three components: the strategic readiness of an enterprise, which is expressed in the presence of rea-sonable strategic plans for the implementation of digital projects; psychological readiness, re-flecting the readiness of staff to change; and readiness in terms of resources, characterizing the state of the resources of an industrial enterprise. A methodological approach to assessing the lat-ter component has been developed, based on a coefficient called CRFD. The conducted appro-bation has shown that industrial enterprises with a higher CRFD coefficient demonstrate greater value of their value growth as a result of the implementation of digital projects.
