Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of baseblla club’s team atmosphere on sense of belonging and team commitment. By using SPSS Ver. 16.0 and AMOS 61.0, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling were conducted. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows : First, role characteristics, colleague relationship positively influence sense of belonging. But organization relationship, reader relationship did not influence sense of belonging. Seconds, role characteristics, reader relationship positively influence team commitment. But organization relationship, colleague relationship did not influence team commitment. Thirds, sens of belonging positively influence team commitment.
