Abstract

The article presents a brief analysis of the hard-lubricating coatings used. An experimental stand for the study of the lapping process of hard-lubricating antifriction coatings in sliding bearing assemblies is considered. The description of measurements of the roughness values of the lapped surface using the MarSurf PS10 profilometer is given. The obtained dependences of the rotor rotation frequency change on time for various antifriction hard-lubricating coatings are presented. Conclusions and recommendations on the further use of antifriction hard-lubricating coat-ings in friction units are given.
