Abstract

The article is devoted to identifying key areas for assessing the state of processes in the labor market (demographic, educational, structural) on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and its transformation with the development of the digital economy. The regulatory framework in the field of digitalization, the number of people employed in the Belarusian economy by gender and status are analyzed. The article substantiates the need to increase digital literacy, which requires the acquisition of appropriate competencies and skills through self-training and retraining of personnel. The author proposes measures to solve problems related to the balance of the situation on the labor market in the course of the development of the digital economy.
