Abstract
The investment attractiveness of a company is an important parameter that investors pay attention to when considering the possibility of acquiring a company. To date, many foreign organizations are selling their business in Russia, which is an excellent opportunity for domestic investors to acquire a profitable and liquid asset. In this regard, the determination of the investment attractiveness of the company is an urgent issue. This article discusses various interpretations of the concept of the investment attractiveness of a company, as well as the factors influencing this indicator.
