Abstract

The article deals with the issues of adaptation of bachelors to professional and pedagogical activity. The features of individual capabilities and abilities of a person at the stage of immersion in new social conditions of an educational institution are revealed and the main difficulties of adaptation measures are presented. The complex of organizational and methodological conditions allowing to reduce the time and provide a comfortable environment for the adaptation of bachelors in the process of preparation for pedagogical activity is considered. Introduction of didactic tools and educational resources into the information space of the university, allowing them to be actively used in the process of professional training of bachelors.
