Abstract

The article examines the essence of the management model of an innovative and active organization. Various approaches to assessing the attractiveness of innovations for the organization are defined. The impact of endogenous and exogenous factors on innovative activity of organizations is considered. The importance of strategic decisions and culture for internal innovative development was studied; the importance of the role of personnel in the formation of innovations in the organization is emphasized. The internal factors of the innovative development of the organization and the key stages of the implementation of the innovation management model were studied. The stages of systematic and successful implementation of innovations in the organization's management are defined.
