Abstract
The article studies in detail methods of the state regulation of fishing in Russia: measures of fishing fleet support, encouragement of export of Russian fish, protection of the domestic market against undue import, artificial breeding results. The author analyzes customs regulation tools. The paper presents an evaluation of results of application of investment quotas in the industry.
