Abstract

The influence of young people on the management of enterprises is becoming more and more noticeable and significant in the conditions of digitalization of all activities of society. Thanks to the freshness of views, the lack of adherence to strict directives, finding non-standard ways to solve problems, young specialists give a powerful impetus to the development of enterprise management. The article reveals the problems of involving young people in innovative management processes, including the professional and technical inability of companies to take advantage of new digital trends. An assessment of the possibilities of their solution is given.
