Abstract

According to experts, today there is still a legislative vacuum in the field of territorial transport planning, there is no methodological base for the development of urban transport infra-structure, basic information on population mobility and other basic data for transport planning is not available, and there is an acute shortage of specialists in the field of transport planning. Therefore, the article deals with the development of mechanisms for managing the network plan-ning of regional transport systems.
