Abstract
The article analyzes the importance of qualifications and skills of personnel in medical institutions, which affects their productivity, success and competitiveness. The author claims that in order to maintain and improve the quality of services, it is necessary to focus on the development and implementation of an effective personnel management system. The article focuses on the importance of the motivation of medical workers, as it plays a key role in the provision of quality medical services. However, over-motivation can cause increased stress and negatively affect productivity. Research shows that there is an optimal level of motivation that ensures the highest efficiency of medical personnel. It is emphasized that in order to understand how to best motivate medical workers, it is necessary to take into account various factors, such as stability of employment, opportunities to realize personal and professional qualities, prestige of work in medicine and material benefits. The article also emphasizes the need for an integrated approach to personnel management that includes planning, training, motivation, performance appraisal, and staff development. The main goal of personnel management is to create conditions for ensuring highquality work of employees and their career growth. The article also examines new challenges that arise at the current stage of development of health care and society, in particular, changing the role of man in production processes. The authors argue that the social policy of medical institutions is an important tool for improving the quality of the workforce and increasing its efficiency. The importance of social policy lies in the formation of employee motivation through the implementation of various benefits, services and additional payments. The concept of improving the motivation system should include regular evaluations and feedback, introduction of bonuses and awards, as well as provision of favorable conditions for professional and career growth of employees.
