Abstract
This study is an analysis of the views of the Russian philosopher K.N. Leontiev on the idea of Slavic unity popular in the nineteenth century. Leontiev reviewed the place of the Slavic peoples in the world and Russia's role in the process of unification of the Slavic peoples. Noting the crisis of the Slavic peoples, Leontiev sees salvation for them only in conservative ideas and ideology.
