Abstract

In this paper, the main prerequisites for the digitalization of the heat supply industry are considered, the need for the introduction of digital technologies into the activities of heat supply organizations (HSO) and features of related management technologies are substantiated. The creation of a smart heating network and its main components are considered as the basis for the effective functioning of HSO. Examples of the use of various digital technologies in the activities of HSO are given, the factors that impede their effective implementation are identified.
