Abstract
The work has been dedicated to study of age changes in digestive enzymes and alkaline phosphatase activ- ity in duodenum tissues in “Smena 9” cross broilers in ontogenesis postembryonic period with changes of raw protein level in start feed. The results of poultry intestine tissue gomogenate investigation at this stage have shown amylase, lipase and alkaline phosphatase activity decreasing and also protease activity increasing comparing these traits in day age. Raw pro- tein content increasing in feed by 1.5% in the first 14 days of raising has increased intestine proteases activity in 21–35 days in comparison with the control group. Therefore first two weeks of raising are one of the critical periods in broiler ontogenesis and feeding and maintaining disturbances in this period influence sufficiently the next broiler development stages.
