Abstract

The article considers the system of measures for the transformation of the educational space of Russia related to the development of non-state education. In part 1, the features of the genesis of the non-state segment of education in Russia are analyzed, its potential advantages and limitations are noted. The widespread «myths» about non-state education are considered in detail, an objective characteristic of its current state is given. In part 2, the proposals of the further integration of the non-state segment into the general educational space of Russia are formulated. The authors formulated proposals how to support non-state education during the period of restrictive measures related to countering the spread of the coronavirus pandemic COVID-19. The article presents the position of the Association of Private Educational Organizations of Russia — ANVUZ of Russia.
