Abstract
Part 2 of the article is devoted to the consideration of the system of measures for the transformation of the educational space of Russia related to the development of non-state education. Based on the analysis of the genesis of non-state segment of education in Russia, carried out in Part 1 of the article, proposals for its modernization and further integration into the general educational space of Russia are formulated. Proposals to support non-state education during the period of restrictive measures related to countering the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection are highlighted. The article presents the position of the Association of Private Educational Organizations of Russia — ANVUZ of Russia.
