К концу «сталинского периода» в советской историографии сложилась унифицированная и в отдельных своих частях прямо искажавшая историческую действительность концепция коренного перелома в ходе Великой Отечественной войны, которая охватывала как общую военно-политическую обстановку, так и состояние экономики страны.
