Abstract
Theoretical and applied issues of organizational culture formation in the organization were investigated by the authors of the article. The authors described the relationship between organizational culture and the general management system at the enterprise, its influence on strategic potential. The main factors affecting the process of building a corporate culture, in particular the specifics of the activity, the conditions of the external environment and specific situations, are defined in the article. The authors singled out the main distinguishing features of the organizational culture of American, Japanese, and Ukrainian companies, and formed their main characteristics. The specifics of building an organizational culture at Netflix company are described in detail, defining the principle of functioning of corporate culture – concentration of talents. The Japanese approach to the formation of organizational culture is reflected by the Toyota automobile company, the corporate culture of this company has its own distinctive features and principles that ensure the effectiveness of personnel and the development of the entire company. Analyzing various approaches, the authors outline the main advantages that the company receives from their implementation and the impact on strategic development prospects. The influence of the national character of Ukrainians on the corporate culture of Ukrainian companies has been studied. The main problems of the transformation of organizational culture in accordance with the peculiarities of the national character have been identified. In general, organizational culture should be formed and implemented systematically and gradually, the result of the implementation of these measures should be the formation of a single image of the company's corporate culture in the eyes of employees. Based on the conducted research, the authors proposed the components of a successful corporate culture, the implementation of which will have a positive effect on the company's activities.
