Abstract

The formation of digital competencies among students is a priority task of the vocational education system. The current system of training digital economy personnel in universities is focused on meeting the immediate needs of the economy and production. Educational institutions produce specialists who are used to working with foreign solutions in the field of software. This is due to the fact that for a long time, software from Western developers has been used (and continues to be used to this day) in all sectors of the economy and public administration. In the current situation, when the import substitution of information technologies has become an indispensable condition for the stability of the functioning of any Russian enterprise, it is necessary to immediately make adjustments to the content of training programs, which is reflected in the strategy of transition of educational institutions of higher education to the preferential use of domestic software.
