Abstract
Interplanetary flights and the colonization of planets require solutions to the problems of protection from the following space factors: solar and galactic radiation, weightlessness during a long flight, and hypogravity on extraterrestrial bases. The solutions proposed: protection from space radiation is provided by connecting the ships of the squadron into a package that forms a protective cocoon around the living quarters; colonists are protected from hypogravity by placing space-type colonies on planets, which create artificial gravity by rotating on special platforms with minimal friction.
