Abstract

The article proposes a procedure for ergonomic support of improving the certification system of the banking sector employees, which is based on a differentiated psychological expert justification of the significance of professionally important qualities of applicants for leadership positions. The author’s model for assessing the managerial abilities of the bank’s employees is developed. An evaluation sheet is proposed for the diagnosis of specialists and employees’ professionally important qualities, taking into account occupational and personal competencies, considering significant weight coefficients. An example of empirical approbation of the developed qualimetric model is given.
