ФОРМУВАННЯ ОПЕРАЦІЙНИХ КОМПОНЕНТІВ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ФАХІВЦІВ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ СФЕРИ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of development of socionomic professions specialists’ professionalism, in particular, personality competence which is the most important part of professionalism of teachers, psychologists, social workers, MoHA specialists, etc. The purpose of the article is to create a psychological and pedagogical program for the formation of operational components of the personal and professional competence of specialists in the social sphere by the method of social projecting. Еhe article is noted that the operational component of professional competence is the professionally important qualities of social sphere specialists directly related to the implementation of professional activities and due to different levels of psychological personality structure, namely, professional knowledge, communication, conflict, information competencies of specialists, traits of self-organization and self-control, stress resistance and ability to manage their emotions. The content of the psychological-pedagogical program of forming the operational component of personal and professional competence are methods of active practically oriented creative mastering psychological-pedagogical and conflicting knowledge, methods of active social and psychological training, namely group psychological training using exercises for the development of self-regulation abilities and auto-training. Control of program efficiency is suggested through the use of methods of psycho-diagnostic of the corresponding specialists’ professionally-important qualities. Receiving the constant socio-humanitarian knowledge, the development of psychological and pedagogical thinking, communication and organizational skills of social sphere specialists, the formation of the ability to manage their emotions and mastering the individual traits of stress resistance in assisting activities for the maintain the mental health of the specialist are the expected results of the implementation of the program of formation of operational components of competence. The program of formation of operational components of personal competence, that is confirmed, is an attempt to technologize the process of vocational learning in order to obtain high quality education and sustainable development of the instrumental components of the social sphere professionals’ professionalism.
