Abstract
The article describes a new method of combined use of medicines in order to reduce the side effect of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract. The most effective combined use is observed in gastric pathology - gastritis, of various etiologies, due to the difficulty of replacing drugs from the NSAID group with any other. A decrease in the hepatotoxic effect was established, which was manifested by a decrease in AsAT by 1,32 and 1,08 times in groups 1 and 2, respectively, and AlAT by 1,32 and 1,66 times, respectively; an increase in the level of total protein by 6,93 % in the group of animals receiving Carprofen + Sedatin drugs (group 2) in the dosage form of a transbuccal film.
