Abstract

The article deals with the development of the author's concept of forming the entrepreneurial culture of future bachelors of physical culture and sports. The concept is formulated on the basis of L. Boltansky, E. Kjapello, L. Teveno ideas about entrepreneurship as an activity aimed at reaching an agreement; provisions of culturology about culture as an embodied experience of human coexistence; theory by D. Uznadze of social guidelines, as well as the provisions of M. Weber and F. Knight on the special mentality of entrepreneurs; provisions of management theory on the content of the management cycle; marketing methodology customer development; P. Bourdieu's ideas about the essence of social practice and lifestyle; the provisions of the cultural-historical theory of the development of the human psyche by L. Vygotsky on the essence of the internalization and exteriorization of the content of culture by man; provisions of A. Bandura social-cognitive theory about the mechanism of increase of human self-efficacy ;the theory of quasi-professional training, according to which the educational process should be based on the creation of situations close to the conditions of real work; humanistic pedagogy, according to which the formation of personal qualities and patterns of behavior is more effective in terms of free self-expression. The formation of entrepreneurial culture of future bachelors of physical culture and sports is defined as the activity of educational institutions, which is aimed at forming social and normative attitudes of students, forming certain personality traits, as well as forming stable characteristics of entrepreneurial lifestyle. The main provisions of the concept are: formation of students' entrepreneurial thinking during classroom and independent work; internalization of content and examples of effective entrepreneurial activity by students; integration in the logical-structural scheme of formation of business culture of innovative, marketing and managerial educational contexts; monitoring the effectiveness of the process of forming an entrepreneurial culture through the use of appropriate methods of knowledge assessment.
